1/2 acorn squash
1 large apple, or 1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup raw spinach
1/2 tsp Spirulina, barley grass or your favorite green powder
2 Tablespoons coldpressed flaxseed oil
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
Applejuice
- Cook squash and apple until tender and mushy.
- Blend all ingredients in a quality blender until smooth, adding enough juice for the desired consistency.
- Applesauce can be increased to 1 cup if desired, or 2 apples can be used.

- If the mix is too thick, add some juice.

Strawberry Scrumptious
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup sliced ripe strawberries (about 5 berries)
1 ripe kiwi
1/2 cup cooked beet
warm coconut oil
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
