Sometimes I really don’t want to wait on the ice cream machine for fresh ice cream. Sometimes I just want some chocolatey banana goodness right now. Freeze the bananas ahead of time and pull out of the freezer whenever a craving hits! Be sure to slice the bananas BEFORE you freeze them. This speeds up the process, and besides, a frozen banana is impossible to cut.
This recipe can be made less rich by substituting milk for the cream. You can even go dairy free and use coconut or almond milk.

For us it made 4 servings, but it all depends on how much you want to eat! And yes that is a brownie 🙂 It’s from a Naturally Nora’s brownie mix made with pastured eggs and butter.
